These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ammogrips.com (the "Website") and purchases made through the Website.
The Website is operated by AMMO ENTERPRISES, a sole proprietorship operating under the brand name Ammo Grips ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Eligibility and Customer Accounts

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and prices displayed on the Website are accurate.
Product colours and appearance may vary depending on your device or screen.
Prices and product availability may change from time to time. If we identify a genuine pricing, product, or availability error after you place an order, we may contact you to correct the error or, where appropriate, cancel the affected order and provide a refund of any amount already paid.
We may limit quantities or decline orders where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, or other misuse of the Website.
3. Orders and Payments
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information.
Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. An order may be cancelled or declined where permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Razorpay and PayU. We do not store your complete card, bank-account, UPI, or other payment credentials.
4. Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of an order at any time.
If the order has not yet been fulfilled or dispatched, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid, subject to applicable law and the payment provider's processing procedures.
If an order has already been dispatched or otherwise cannot reasonably be cancelled, the applicable Return & Refund Policy will apply.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders to eligible domestic and international destinations displayed or made available during checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, shipping method, product availability, customs procedures, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may use third-party logistics providers, including Shipway and Shiprocket, to arrange delivery.
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or another issue attributable to the customer, we will not charge an additional fee for the resulting return or re-delivery.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are the customer's responsibility.
6. Returns, Refunds and Replacements
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
For domestic orders, eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in that policy.
International orders are not eligible for returns or replacements under our Return & Refund Policy.
Products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect when delivered must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and may qualify for replacement in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
7. Reviews and User Content
Customers may submit product reviews, ratings, photographs, or other content through the Website.
You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit:
